Communicative tool

All About the Communicative Tool

We were taken through the communicative tool. By looking at the word itself you might have an idea on what it is. Communicative tool refers to applications or apps which makes the communication easier. These tools play a vital role in facilitating communication, collaboration and knowledge dissemination across various contexts.  Communication is a two way process- sender and the receiver. Some of the examples of this tool include, e-mail, social media, online meetings, zoom and blogging etc. This tool enhances the interaction between the students and the teachers, increases efficiency, provide clarity and coherence and encourages to build the knowledge when we communicate with each other. Due to this various benefits, integrating communicative tool becomes a necessity. This two are separated into two types namely, synchronous and asynchronous communication.  Synchronous is also known as real time communication whereby the users are connected with one another at a same time. It allows for immediate feedback-and -forth conversation and interaction.  Examples: online chats, telephone calls and video conferencing. Asynchronous communication, in contrast to synchronous communication, refers to the exchange of information that doesn't happen in real-time. Messages are sent and received at the convenience of the participants, allowing them to respond at their own pace. Examples: e-mail, discussion forum, google classroom and pre-recorded videos.

In relation to this communicative tool, we learned how to set up Google Classroom. As a teacher, this is one of the most used and effective tool in teaching and learning process.
